Refund & Cancellation Policy

The ₹99 webinar fee is non-refundable.

Once registration payment is completed, refunds are not provided for a change of mind, a change in your plans or a decision not to attend, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may choose not to attend or notify support that you are cancelling your attendance. Cancelling your attendance does not entitle you to a refund. Review the schedule and session details before making payment.

Non-attendance, late arrival, leaving early, or device and internet issues on your side do not qualify for a refund. Webinar recordings will not be shared. If you miss or forget to join your registered session, you can attend the next upcoming session. Contact our team, and we will share the joining details with you.

If the academy must reschedule or cancel the webinar, we will communicate the change and available next steps using your registration contact details. Contact support if a change affects your attendance. This non-refundable policy does not limit any remedy required under applicable law where a service is cancelled or not supplied.

If you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, or paid without receiving a registration confirmation, email support with your payment reference and a description of the issue. We will review the transaction and arrange any correction due. A correction of a verified payment error is separate from a voluntary attendance cancellation.

Nothing in this policy overrides mandatory consumer protections or other rights available under applicable law. For concerns about your registration, payment or webinar delivery, please contact us.
