The webinar is a 60-minute live educational session conducted online through Zoom. The advertised registration fee is ₹99. Review the displayed event date, time, language and checkout amount before paying. Provide accurate contact details so registration and joining information can reach you.

Joining details will be shared after successful registration. Keep your access details private and do not distribute them without permission. You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and access to the webinar platform, and for joining at the scheduled time.

The session offers general guidance for brand owners and in-house teams on e-commerce growth, channel selection, brand readiness and operational priorities. It is not a done-for-you management, recruitment or consulting service. No sales, revenue, platform acceptance or business outcomes are guaranteed. Make business decisions based on your own circumstances and seek specialist advice where appropriate.

The webinar fee is non-refundable, including if you change your mind, cancel your attendance or miss the session, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Webinar presentations and materials belong to Kunal Midha Academy or their respective rights holders. They are provided for your own learning and internal business use. Do not record, reproduce, resell, publish or distribute the session or materials without permission. Webinar recordings will not be shared. Brands are encouraged to attend the live session only.

Participate respectfully. Harassment, unlawful content, disruptive behaviour and unauthorised promotion are not permitted. Access may be restricted for serious misuse or breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.

If an unavoidable issue requires a schedule or delivery change, we will communicate relevant updates using your registration contact details. Payment and webinar platforms are governed by their own terms. Contact support if you experience a payment, access or scheduling issue.

We take reasonable care in preparing the session, but information may not suit every business or remain current indefinitely. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable Indian law governs these terms, without limiting any mandatory protections available to you.

Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. The terms presented when you register apply to that registration, except where changes are required by law or agreed with you.
